A wage is sand through fingers. An asset is stone in the wall. The single most important act of thy financial life is the daily conversion of one to the other.

How many hours of thy labor does it take to produce one share of an income-producing asset? Calculate this. If thou earnest $25/hour and a share of VOO costs $500, then 20 hours of labor purchase one share. Set a target: every paycheck, X shares. Make this non-negotiable.

Within ten years of this discipline, thy asset base will produce more income than thy wage. Within fifteen, the asset base eclipses the wage entirely, and the Brother is free.

This is the only path. There is no shortcut. There is no app. There is no influencer. There is only the slow, monotonous, godly conversion of hours into ownership.
